FAQ's
How is Hayaa Fitness culturally-sensitive?

Youll feel at ease and comfortable with your surrounding in Hayaa Fitness. We have put several things in place to make you feel at home:
» We provide separate days and sessions for men and women, so you don't have to worry about who's looking at you?

» Our staff are trained to deal sensitively with users of all backgrounds, this is not a gym for Muslims only.

» If you are a Muslim and you are committed to daily prayers, you have the opportunity to pray at the adjoining East London Mosque. During the call to prayers and prayer time, our entertainment system is switched off out of respect.

» We have a modest dress-code policy: men are required to cover from navel to the knees; women required to dress appropriately so as not to offend others.

» Strictly no undressing in front of others, whether it is in the shower or sauna areas. We have a dedicated changing area with secure cubicles for changing.

Apart from the training element, Hayaa Fitness is an excellent place to socialise, relax and make new friends!
